Codi Arian Rhyng-Ysgolion Yr Haf – Ysgol Creuddyn

Mae’r haf wedi cyrraed o’r diwedd ac mae’n hen bryd i blant ymlacio a chael rhywfaint o hwyl! Rydyn ni’n wrth ein bodd yn hwylio, hwylfyrddio a chaiacio. Gyda chymorth Ysgol Bryn Elian, Ysgol John Bright ac Ysgol Creuddyn, gallwn gynnig cyfle i’ch plentyn gael y siawns i geisio rhai o’r chwaraeon anhygoel gydag offer, cyfleusterau a hyfforddwyr proffesiynol ym Mhorth Eirias, Bae Colwyn.

Er bod eich plentyn yn dysgu ac yn cael hwyl, bydd cyfle i bob un o’r ysgolion sy’n cymryd rhan godi cronfeydd sydd eu hangen ar gyfer gweithgareddau allgyrsiol fel digwyddiadau a gweithgareddau chwaraeon y tymor nesaf.

Mae Codi Arian Rhyng-Ysgolion Chwaraeon Dŵr yn ffordd wych, arloesol i rieni helpu i godi rhywfaint o arian ychwanegol ar gyfer ysgol eu plant tra bod y plant yn gallu ymlacio a mwynhau’r gweithgareddau.

Yn ogystal â chymryd eu camau cyntaf i ddysgu sgiliau newydd, gallen nhw gyfarfod â ffrindiau (a gwneud ffrindiau newydd) ar y traeth hardd ym Mae Colwyn ac yn tynnu sylw at eu hysgol.

Summer’s finally here and it’s time for children to let off steam and have some fun! Maybe you’ve thought about them having a go at sailing, windsurfing or other water sports but haven’t been too sure how to take the first steps.

We love to sail and windsurf and with the help of Ysgol Bryn Elian, John Bright and Ysgol Crueddyn we are able to offer your child the chance to try these amazing sports with equipment, facilities and professional instructors on offer at Colwyn Bay Watersports.

What’s more, whilst your child is learning and having fun, each of the participating schools will have the chance to raise much needed funds for extracurricular activities such as sporting events and activities next term.

Pupils will be participating from a number of Conwy schools.

The Watersports Inter-Schools Fundraiser is a brilliant, innovative way for parents to help raise a bit of extra cash for their children’s school whilst giving the kids the time of their lives! As well as taking their first steps to learning new skills, they can meet friends (and new friends) on the beautiful beach in Colwyn Bay and big up their school.

It might just be what you need to get them out of the house and away from the PlayStation or Xbox for a day!

Date, time and prices

Friday August 10th 2018 from 9.00am through to 5.00pm.

The cost for the full day is just £30. For each child taking part Colwyn Bay Watersports will make a £10 donation to Ysgol Bryn Elian to help fund further extra curricular school activities. Find out how to book here.

We are initially making 30 places available to participating schools and expect demand to be high. We will introduce more fundraising days in the summer holidays once the first day is full rather than disappoint children and limit the money raised for the schools.
